Project Highlights:
- Custom kitchen overhaul featuring sleek new cabinetry with soft-close doors and drawers, a large island with a 12” overhang for seating, and stunning quartz countertops with a matching backsplash and windowsill.
- Wood flooring updates including refinishing throughout and seamless patchwork where the kitchen wall was removed.
- Wall removal between kitchen and family room replaced with a hidden structural beam to open up the main living space.
- New recessed lighting throughout the home, including family room, office, bedrooms, and both bathrooms.
- Fresh two-tone paint and upgraded baseboards and trim add polish across the entire main level.
Bathroom Upgrades:
- The main bath was reimagined with a new layout, now accessed directly from the primary bedroom. A frameless Euro shower with tile to the ceiling, new vanity, and lighting upgrades bring a modern, spa-like feel.
- The guest bath was redesigned for better access and updated with a new vanity, stone countertops, and tile flooring.
Additional Updates Include:
- A fully reworked primary bedroom closet with an open design.
- Updated window sills in every room.
- Crown and chair molding removal in the office and guest bedroom for a cleaner look.
- Electrical panel relocation for better accessibility.
